New Delhi: Director Madhur Bhandarkar has tweeted a picture of Kareena Kapoor from the sets of his forthcoming film 'Heroine', which shows the actress smoking and holding drink in her hand.

As per the speculations, 'Heroine' is about a film star who rises to superstardom before becoming a victim to her own insecurity.

This is the first time Madhur Bhandarkar is collaborating with Kareena Kapoor on a project. Arjun Rampal is also playing an important role in the film.

Kareena Kapoor smokes, drinks in \'Heroine\'

Realistic filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar is collaborating with Kareena Kapoor for the first time in \'Heroine\'.

Aishwarya Rai was supposed to play the lead role in 'Heroine' initially, but she had to leave the film after her pregnancy reports got confirmed.

Bhandarkar has the reputation of being a very realistic filmmaker, and thus he wouldn't be leaving any stone unturned to make Kareena's character believable on the screen.
