Pandiraj's 'Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga' is making headlines even before it goes on floors and the director has found his second lead lady, Ragini of SMS, a Telugu film fame.

Shooting of the commercial laugh riot goes on floors on August 2 in Chennai. Thambi Ramaiya and Parota Soori playing pivotal roles.

Vimal, Sivakarthikeyan and Bindhu Madhavi playing the lead roles in this film to be directed by National Award winning Pandiraj.
