New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party leaders Arvind Kejriwal, Kumar Vishwas, Manish Sisodia and Prashant Bhushan will appear before a court on Tuesday in the case of breach of section 144, during which they protested outside residences of Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. They were protesting against coal allocation scam that came to light in 2012.
The court has summoned them under sections relating to rioting, unlawful assembly and obstructing public servants in the discharge of their duty. If they do not ask for a bail, they are likely to be sent to judicial custody.
Kejriwal and others had been detained outside Manmohan's residence in August 2012, for violating prohibitory orders as they moved in to gherao his house after a CAG report said the national exchequer lost around Rs 1.86 lakh crore due to coal allocations without competitive bidding during 2005-09.

Kejriwal and others were detained outside PM's residence in August 2012 for violating prohibitory orders.
In Vishwas' case, however, summons 353 (assault to deter public servant to discharge duty), 332 (voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant), and section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act are also included.
Three FIRs were filed on August 26 against the AAP leaders in Parliament Street Police Station. They are due to appear before Metropolitan Magistrate Jay Thareja.
