New Delhi: Kenya's defeated presidential candidate Raila Odinga has called for a public rally on Wednesday.
His earlier attempt to hold a rally in Nairobi was banned by the government.
Odinga says he's been robbed of a certain election victory. He has cited counting discrepancies, abnormally high turnout rates and long delays in reporting results.
But President Kibaki is standing firm and has already had himself sworn in for another term.
Police have been given shoot-at-sight orders.
The death toll in rioting so far has crossed 100. More bodies are turning up in slums all over Nairobi.
