Mumbai: The war of words between Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan has started yet again. While going all out to promote their films, both the Khans take a dig at each other.
It all started with Shah Rukh spotting a multiplex staff sporting the Ghajini look during his promotions for Rab De Bana Di Jodi.
"I think it's a good strategy. You take the biggest brand in the country that is Shah Rukh Khan and then use that platform to publicise yourself. I think Aamir rocks," said King Khan.
And when Aamir was quizzed about SRK's caustic remark, he wasn't one to back off from the verbal volleys.
"A film's promotion will obviously start two weeks before the release. Our film was supposed to release in October, but it got delayed due to my knee injury. But I'm glad Shah Rukh could be of help," said Aamir.
With Ghajini just about to hit theatres, Aamir is making sure he doesn't leave any platform to promote his film.
When asked if he's going the Shah Rukh way for the overkill, he replied, "I don't follow anyone, I walk on roads no one has."
And if that wasn't enough then Aamir's comment of SRK and media would surely take the war of words to a different level.
"I think Shah Rukh can really keep the media happy, he knows how to keep relations with powerful people in the media," he said.
Now that was definitely below the belt, wonder what King Khan would have to say to that one.
