Kolkata: The toll in the blaze at the Surya Sen Market in Kolkata rose to 21 on Saturday with another persons succumbing to injuries in hospital.
"One person with 80 per cent burns died in hospital. The toll is now 21," Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Pallab Kanti Ghosh said.
The blaze had broken out at a five-storey building in Sealdah housing the market on February 27.
