Besides believing in the cause, she had personal reasons to join the cause. “I am known to wear cotton and khadi. I personally don’t like synthetic. I think it is something to do with Delhi University days,” says versatile actor Konkona Sen.
However, the cause is not just eco-friendly, it is also child friendly.
“Your contribution is going directly going to CRY. I believe it’s a splendid opportunity for people to go and shop for a cause,” she adds.
Moreover, combining fashion with some activism is quite a novel initiative.
