Lalu's distant relative, servant killed near Patna

Patna: Bodies of ex-RJD MP Subash Yadav's kin and his servant were recovered from Digha area in Bihar's Patna district on Tuesday. Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Law and Order, Vivekanand said the two were shot dead by unknown assailants on Monday night.

Pankaj Yadav alias Pappu Yadav's body was recovered from near Digha canal. The driver Bablu's body was found in the house of his master's house at Rajiv Nagar area.

Pankaj is the brother-in-law of Subash Yadav, who in turn is the brother-in-law of RJD chief Lalu Prasad.

He was a native of Mirganj locality in Bihar's Gopalganj district and a legislative council employee. He was Subash Yadav's brother in-law, he said.
