"Her music is good, it's different. It's very difficult to find rhythm with the kind of music we listen to these days," Lata said.
She was all praise for Sapna but missed the days when she went for the music launch of her peers.
"I used to tie rakhis to Kishore da and Mohammed Rafi. We all had good times while recording our songs. I miss all of them," Lata said nostalgically.
And it is not just friends whom she misses, there is something else also. "The media today is not the same as it was earlier," she reminisced.
And for the lady of the evening, well jog your memory and remember the Jaanbaaz days.
But now Sapna has a new album to boast of and Lata didi being at the launch just made the day more memorable for the singer.
"I'm emotionally very attached to Lata didi," Sapna gushed.
