New Delhi: ICM Registry, the registry operator for the .XXX top-level domain for online adult entertainment, has launched a new porn search engine, Search.xxx.
According to ICM Registry, the new search engine will deliver porn-only results and which will be scanned for malware. Many pornographic websites are known to infect users' computers with malware, therefore ICM Registry has made malware scanned results a USP of its porn search engine.
Search.xxx is also optimised for mobile browsers and is available in 19 languages. Users can also filter the search results according to their sexual orientation.

Steve Winyard, ICM Registry vice president, had earlier announced the company's plans to launch a dedicated .XXX search engine by the end of September 2012.
The .XXX top-level domain was approved by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) in 2011.
