Lawyers stop trains at Agra

Agra: In support of the demand for setting up a separate bench of the Allahabad High Court in western Uttar Pradesh, the lawyers on Saturday stopped trains at Agra Railway station.

Police Superintendent of Railways S K Bhagat told UNI that lawyers reached the station in a huge number and stopped Marudhar Express, Taj Express and two goods trains for a while pressing for their demand.

Lawyers of Western UP are agitating in support of their demand to set up a bench of the Allahabad High Court in western UP. On the other hand, the lawyers of rest of the state are protesting against the demand since.
