LG Optimus G Pro to be launched in India on July 4

New Delhi: LG is all set to launch its much-awaited LG Optimus Pro handset in India on July 4. The company has started sending out invites to the media for its July 4 event. However, the invite that we have received does not clearly say what the company is going to unveil at the launch event, but the picture in the invite clearly suggests that it's the Optimus G Pro launch event.

Also, a source, with information on the Optimus G Pro launch plans in India, has confirmed that LG is hosting the Optimus G Pro launch event on July 4.

The phone has a 5.5-inch full-HD display and is powered by a quad-core processor and 2GB RAM. The Optimus G Pro will feature a curved glass screen. It has a 13 megapixel Full HD Camera with dual recording. It has a 2.1 megapixel full HD front-facing camera.

The Optimus G Pro also comes with advanced UX features developed specifically for the device, such as Dual Recording and Virtual Reality (VR) Panorama. Dual Recording allows users to capture video with both the front and rear cameras simultaneously for a unique picture-in-picture experience. And, VR Panorama allows shots of entire horizontal and vertical environments for a full 360 degree view.
