Live blog: Election tracker for National projections of Lok Sabha polls

Today, the CNN-IBN-CSDS election tracker will reveal the national seat projections if the Lok Sabha polls are held today. The tracker tonight will also reveal whether Narendra Modi or Rahul Gandhi are leading the PM race.
