Liverpool: Brazil playmaker Philippe Coutinho has joined Liverpool from Inter Milan. The 20-year-old Coutinho was signed in a deal worth around €10 million ($13.5 million) on Wednesday, a day before the January transfer window closes.
He is Liverpool's second arrival this month following the signing of England striker Daniel Sturridge from Chelsea for 12 million pounds (about $19 million).
Coutinho says Liverpool "are the club that have been interested in me and that have showed this interest so I know they believe in me and my football."
His contract was only described as "long term" by Liverpool.
