Ahmedabad: A man who took a woman hostage in her house in Ahmedabad because she did not give in to his advances, has been arrested.
According to reports, Dharmendra Gupta, pulled a knife to the woman's throat and held her captive, along with her mother, at her house.
The woman is reported to be married.
On reaching the spot, police cordoned off the area. They later managed to get both women out and took Dharmendra Gupta into custody.
