Maharashtra: 8 men allegedly gangrape a minor girl in Dhule

Dhule: Eight men allegedly gangraped a minor girl in Dhule, Maharashtra a few days ago but the matter came to light only on Monday. Out of the eight accused, six men have been arrested and will be produced before the court on Tuesday.

The incident took place on September 24 and the parents of the 16-year-old reported to the police on Monday following which a complaint was registered.

The girl has been admitted to a hospital.

According to the investigating officer, the girl was allegedly gangraped twice. Firstly, four men allegedly gangraped her and then another group of four men committed the crime.

The girl is believed to be known to two of the accused.

The police will soon release the sketch of the two accused at large.
