Malayalam film script writer T A Shahid passed away on September 29. 41-year-old Shahid took his last breath at a private hospital here where he was undergoing treatment for sometime, film industry sources said.
Shahid had penned scripts for hit films like Mammootty-starrer 'Rajamanikyam', 'Balettan', 'Nattu Rajavu', 'Bus Conductor', 'Pachakkuthira', 'Mambazhakkalam'.
Shahid began his career in films as an assistant director in 'Cheppidi Vidya'. 'Mathsaram' was the first film for which he had written the script. He is survived by wife and two children.
