The Maharashtra ATS, which is investigating the case, had last week invoked the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act against all the 11 suspects arrested in connection with the case.
This is the first time they have been produced before a MCOCA court.
Six people were killed and several others injured in the September 29 Malegaon blast.
