Kolkata: Just hours after being announced as the next Railway Minister, Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee expressed her unhappiness at taking the charge alone and not being able to take oath along with her party colleagues.

"It is not a question of me being happy with my ministry. We are happy with our performance in West Bengal.. We are a big family and I would have been happy if my party colleagues would also have been administered oath together with me," said Mamata Banerjee.

Mamata said she would take charge as Railway Ministry only after six more Trinamool MPs are sworn in on Tuesday in the Manmohan Singh ministry.

She also said that all Trinamool minister would be staying in West Bengal for five days every week and spend only two days in Delhi.

Earlier, she arrived in Kolkata on Saturday evening to a tumultuous reception after being made the Railway Minister.
