Malayalam actress Mamta Mohandas files for divorce from businessman husband

Mamta Mohandas' wedding bells rang not so long ago. She married businessman Prajith Padmanabhan on December 28, 2011.

And just after a year of being together, they have filed for a divorce in Ernakulam's family court. Seems like the differences couldn't be compromised at all.

Both families tried their best to reconcile the pair, but their efforts failed.

Mamta Mohandas married Prajith Padmanabhan on December 28, 2011 and the marriage is now on the rocks.

The hearing for this case is set for July 15 this year.
