Maranthen Mannithen: Music launch on October 29

Though everyday is Ilayaraja Day for the maestro's fans across the world, October 29 is special for them, since the audio of 'Maranthen Mannithen' will be launched.

And this comes at a time even as Ilayaraja's songs for Gautham Vasudev Menon's 'Neethane En Ponvasantham' are ruling the roost.

Directed by Kumar Nagendra, 'Maranthen Mannithen' is simultaneously made in Telugu as 'Gundello Godhari'. "Ilayaraja sir has gifted us beautiful songs", says the film's producer Lashmi Manchu (daughter of veteran Telugu actor Mohanbabu)".

The movie has Aadhi, Taapsee Pannnu and Lashmi Manchu in lead roles. Recently, Superstar Rajinikanth paid a surprise visit to the recording studio, when 'Maranthen Mannithen' songs were being composed, it may be recalled.
