New Delhi: After a string of reductions, state-run oil companies Sunday raised aviation turbine fuel (ATF) prices by at least 1.69 per cent, or Rs 162 per kilolitre (kl).
Jet fuel will cost Rs 27,275 per kl in Delhi from Sunday midnight as against Rs 27,106.
The price will go up to Rs 28,023 in Mumbai from Rs 27,861 per kl, an official of Indian Oil Corp (IOC) said.
This is the second time since September last year that the oil firms have raised ATF prices. They earlier had raised prices by 3.3 per cent January 16.
ATF prices had peaked to Rs.71,028.26 per kl in Delhi in August last year after prices touched a high of $147 a barrel in the international market.
