New Delhi: The unrest at the Maruti-Suzuki Manesar plant has entered its third day and there seems to be no end to the crisis.

No more arrests have been made in the violent clashes that erupted between the management and the workers which left a senior executive dead.

Avnish Kumar Dev, the General Manager-HR of Maruti was thrashed and burnt alive by a mob of workers.

A hundred others were injured when 3,000 workers put the plant on fire early Thursday morning.

The 40 workers and the two Japanese employees who were hospitalised are said to be stable.

Around a hundred people have been arrested in the case so far.

The production at the plant has been hit indefinitely leading to a loss of crores of rupees per day.
