"I am a little nervous, yes, but I am working on making my first film a success I am ready to take on the challenge," says he.
The new Deol on the block is not amateur or that's what he would like the audience to believe, after all, this budding actor has been trained under Kishore Namit Kapoor, the guru of many Bollywood stars.
He will be launched in a film called Kahin Hai Wo Aas Pas with a new heroine. And the Deol action is all there.
"We have tried to do something different. It's a bit of a thriller, with loads of action," says Raj.
Matching up to the acting skills of Sunny, Bobby and Dharmendra might not be easy, but Raj feels that his family's support is one thing that he can count on.
"I can always walk into their house and ask for their advice, they always help me," says Raj.
But one wonders why this Deol chose a not-so-exciting project for his supposed big launch in Bollywood. We hope his well-established cousins help him chose better projects in the future.
