Wayne Rooney, who was on the cover of one of the best selling game FIFA 12 by EA Sports, has been replaced by Barcelona star striker Lionel Messi.
Messi’s transfer from Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) to FIFA was announced earlier this year by EA Sports, and on Monday the gaming company also released the other two men who will be sharing the spot on the cover page along with Messi - Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart and Arsenal winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
FIFA 13 wil be released worldwide on September 25 and the gaming producers have guaranteed one of the most realistic game plays and features for PS3 and X-Box users. EA Sports has also revealed that FIFA 13 will include an expanded career mode which includes international competition.
Along with Messi, Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart and Arsenal winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will be sharing the spot on the cover page.
In the transfer market arena, EA Sports will be bringing more features. The new transfer logic this year makes for a more realistic experience, with truer market values for players, morale influencing performances, board interactions, player loans and contract counter offers.
Back in early May, EA Sports began releasing these stunning screenshots of FIFA 13. These were enough to excite most football fans across the world and come September 25th the gamers will be hooked to their gaming console and TV screens.
