Micromax announces pre-bookings of 5-inch dual-core A110 Canvas 2 smartphone

New Delhi: Micromax has announced the successor of its 5-inch A100. The new phone that comes with better specifications is called the A110 Superfone Canvas 2. The phone is available for pre-booking at Snapdeal.com.

The Micromax A110 Canvas 2 has a 12.5 centimetres (5-inch) IPS screen and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich. Micromax has not yet offered information on the pricing and availability of the A110.

The A110's predecessor A100 was launched at Rs 9990 two months ago. The A100 has a single-core processr and a 5 megapixel camera.

The A110 Canvas 2 comes with better specifications than its predecessor the A100.
