Rohit was also apparently sending the girl lewd text messages. She says she filed a police complaint on October 2, but the response of the officials have been discouraging.
"They wanted me to withdraw the complaint. I had no other way to protect my daughter but to go to the police. My daughter was screaming at me saying that she is innocent," Fuchs said.
Utt Goenkara, a prominent NGO in Goa has come out in her support saying the police should carry out a fair investigation.
"We want that Monserrat must not to influence the investigation and ask police to conduct free and fair enquiry in the matter," Aires Rodrigues, Convenor, Utt Goenkara, said.
Although Fuchs has levied very serious charges against the Goa Police, but they are maintaining that the mother had agreed to come to the police station at 1130 hrs IST instead she preferred to meet media at the same time.
Police have again summoned her to the police station and have said that will only react taking into consideration all the evidences and statements.
