New Delhi: The much awaited second round of swearing-in ceremony will take place at the Rashtrapati Bhawan on Thursday in which 59 new members are expected to be inducted into the Union Ministry, taking Team Manmohan's total count to 79, just two short of the upper ceiling of 81.

The list, prepared after protracted discussions lasting three days, includes the names of 14 ministers of Cabinet rank and 45 ministers of state.

Interestingly, those states which are going to polls this year have been awarded more space in the Council of Ministers.

Tamil Nadu has bagged 10 ministerial berths which is the highest for any state, while Maharasthra's tally stands at nine.

The portfolios of various ministers are also likely to be announced after the swearing-in ceremony.

The swearing-in will take place at 1130 hrs IST. In the first round of swearing-in 19 ministers along with Manmohan Singh had been sworn in on May 22.

Team Manmohan is a mix of new faces and old timers and some making stunning comebacks.

Former chief minister of Maharashtra Vilasrao Deshmukh, the man who had to give up his job after the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, has been rehabilitated at the Centre.

Another former chief minister Virbhadra Singh of Himachal pradesh, who made a public bid to a Cabinet berth on CNN-IBN on Wednesday, too is being inducted into the Cabinet.

National Conference leader and former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir Farooq Abdullah is also making his entry into the Union Cabinet.

The ally troubles are also over with Dravida Munnettra Kazhagam (DMK) chief and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi's son M K Azhagiri, his grand nephew Dayanidhi Maran and A Raja getting Cabinet posts.

The others Cabinet ministers are the Dalit leader from Karnataka, Mallikarjuna Kharge, G K Vasan, who has held portfolios of Statistics and Implementation before, Subodh Kant Sahay, M S Gill, PK Bansal and Mukul Wasnik.
