Minor forced into bonded labour: 3 held

MADURAI: Three people have been arrested here for forcing a minor boy into bonded labour at a snack factory in Odisha, police said on Monday.

Madurai Superintendent of Police Asra Garg has formed a special team to leave for Odisha to rescue� the boys.

The DIG, Madurai Range, Bala Naga Devi, said that based on a complaint from Vetriselvi of Perungudi near Madurai, the police have arrested three people, Annakodi (55), his son Jeyakumar (25) and broker Subaiah of Sokka Devanpatti near Valandhur.
