Click to play videoJammu: Former Miss Jammu, Anara Gupta, is back in the news. The 17 days that she spent in custody - for allegedly being featured in a pornographic CD in 2004 - are still fresh in her mind, and that is what Anara decided to relive through a Bollywood flick.
However, on the day of its release, Miss Anara, has run into trouble. Shiv Sena activists have taken to the streets protesting the release of the film.
Theatre owners in Jammu have succumbed to Sena threats and have refused to release the film.
Anara made headlines after she was allegedly involved in a controversial sex CD case where a number of top government officials were also named.
She was subsequently arrested and kept in custody for 17 days before a forensic lab in Hyderabad concluded that the girl featured in the CD was not Anara, and she was eventually given a clean chit.
