Mizoram Public Service Commission

Mizoram was established as a state in 1987. The Constitution of India requires each state to have its own Public Service Commission. The Public Service Commission is to be consulted by the State Government on the matters of appointment to Civil Services and posts under the State Government.

Mizoram Public Service Commission has a Chairman and three members.

Functions

Manipur PSC conducts examinations for appointment to the services in the State. It also advises the Government on all matters relating to methods of recruitment to Civil Services, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
