Mumbai: The case for rebuilding of Nariman House is scheduled to come up for hearing in the Bombay High court on Thursday.

Baby Moshe's grandparents Rabbi Nachman and Freida Holtzberg are in Mumbai ahead of the second anniversary of the 26/11 terror attack.

They are fighting a legal battle in the Bombay high court for the rebuilding of Nariman House against the current leaders of the Chabad movement.

Baby Moshe's parents Rabbi Gavriel and Rivka Holtzberg were killed in the terror attack.

A memorial for those killed in the attacks is also planned at the Nariman house.
