New Delhi: The Crime Branch of Delhi Police on Monday told a city court that it has sufficient evidence to nail all the five MPs under scanner in the human trafficking case.
Meanwhile, a Delhi court on Monday sent suspended BJP MP from Dahod Babubhai Katara, to judicial custody for 14 days.
Katara was arrested earlier this month while trying to board a flight to Canada along with a woman, who was travelling on his wife's passport.
As the probe progressed, other 4 MPs also came under the scanner. They are another BJP MP Ramaswaroop Kohli and BSP MPs Mitrasen Yadav, Ashok Rawat and Tahir Khan.
Kohli has claimed that he has lost his diplomatic passport. However, police has said that no missing complaint had been filed for the missing passport.
