MP Lokayukta raid forest officer, assets worth over Rs 30 crore found

Bhopal: A deputy forest officer was raided by the Madhya Pradesh Lokayukta on Tuesday. The raids were conducted at three places - Ratlam, Neemuch and Mandsaur.

Sources say that the raids against Forest Officer SK Palaash revealed property worth Rs 30 to 35 crore.

It included Rs 24 lakh in cash, Rs 30 lakh in jewellery and 4 luxury cars. Officials also found a plot of land and a gas agency in Palaash's wife's name

The raids are reportedly going on at Ratlam, Neemuch and Mandsaur.
