Indore: Ahead of Assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh, Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya finds himslef in some trouble as has been caught on camera handing out cash at an election rally in Mhow, Indore.
Vijayvargiya, who is an MLA from Mhow flouted the elections commission's model code of conduct. The incident took place in Mhow, when Vijayvargiya distributed notes to drumbeaters at a navratri programme.
Defending his actions, Vijayvargiya said it was a long standing religious tradition.
Madhya Pradesh will go to polls on November 25 and result will be declared on December 8.
