Musical evening

Suranjali Foundation along with GrandSlaam Network musical series Jhankar 2012 is organising Fusion Ecstasy featuring Ustad Rashid Khan.  Of the Rampur Sahaswan Khayal Gharana, Ustad Khan has made a name for himself with his  expertise in the use of sargams and sargam taankari. Considered one of the best exponents of Vilmabit khayals, the ustad will be accompanied by Pandit Tejender Majumdar on Sarod, Subhankar Banerjee on Tabla, Darshan Doshi on drums, Bumpy on Guitar, Pandit Jyothi Goho on Harmonium and Paddy Singh on key board.

The concert is being held on September 22 at Shilpakalavedika from 7 pm onwards.
