Akshay Kumar has recently brought the rights of Tamil chartbuster 'Appadi Podu' from the film 'Gilli', the film was directed by Gunashekar, the film featured VIjay and Trisha Krishnan.
Akshay is currently working on the Hindi remake of Malayalam movie 'Pokkiri Raja' titled 'Naam Hai Boss'. The song will be choreographed by Prabhu Deva.
Interestingly, the Tamil original was choreographed by the veteran dancer's brother. Sources say that Akshay was a keen learner and took efforts to learn and perfect the steps. He even watched the 'Appadi Podu' original song video, in order to get the basic idea of steps in place.
