During the test, Pandher gave detailed accounts of his troubled childhood but evaded all questions on Nithari serial killings that took place in his Noida house.
"I have been meeting call girls. You should go and ask a call girl who am I?” he said
When asked where could the call girls be found?
He said, “Neelam might come to support my case. Neelam might even come to put an affidavit in support for me.”
“Payal was about to get married someone in Mumbai. She used to talk to him over the phone for hours,” he said
Pandher even said that he “never used them or cursed them.” “I never used filthy language,” said Pandher.
“I even scolded Surinder once for not talking properly to them,” said Pandher.
When asked who was Sweety, Pandher said she was his junior in college and she was a divorcee.
“We became close friends and then lovers. She understood me more than anybody,” said Pandher.
Pandher was the owner of D-5 in Noida, the “house of horrors” where over 19 women and children were raped and murdered, allegedly by Pandher and his servant Surinder Koli.
In the videotape, Pandher can be seen talking about his troubled childhood and how things went wrong for him.
Pandher said he loved his mother but hated his father because he did not permit him to join the Army.
Pandher also revealed he took solace in drinking and sought services of call girls after his wife left him.
But he evaded all questions the gruesome murders. In fact, such was his apparent resolve that the doctor conducting the test said, “I must say Mr Pandher, you are a very clever and an intelligent man.”
On December 13, Pandher was charged with two more cases of abduction, rape and murder.
CBI had previously accused him only of a criminal conspiracy to shield his domestic helper, Surendra Koli, principal accused in the Nithari rape and murder cases.
Two applications were filed in the court of special CBI judge Rama Jain by Jhaboo Lal, father of victim 14-year-old Jyoti and Anil Sarkar, relative of 16-year-old Anjali, another victim.
Pandher is also accused of rape and murder of 22-year-old Payal and 18-year-old Pinki Sarkar.
