After the recent comeback to commercial movies with B Unnikrishnan's 'Grandmaster', young actor Narein will be shortly seen as a cop again. This time he will be playing the same for the remake of the famous Kamal hassan movie 'Kaakkichattai'. The original featuring Kamal hassan as a youngster forced to play the role of cop was directed by Rajasekhar and featured Ambika and Madhavi as the heroines.

This time Narein will be taking over the same role in Malayalam. The movie is to be directed by Shaji Kailas to give a popular appeal to the actor who is currently struggling in popularity due to his wrong selection of commercially viable characters.

Meanwhile Narein's latest movie 'Grandmaster' has him as an officer of a special police cell. His character Kishore closely follows his boss played by Mohanlal. Narein is also getting ready to play his first villain role for the Myskkin movie 'Mugammoodi', which will be on the sets soon.
