New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed a Public Interest Litigation which raised objection to the way the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) was conducting its investigation in the Arushi-Hemraj murder case.
The court refused to entertain a petition, seeking to restrain CBI from conducting narco-analysis test on the suspects in the murder case.
The nationwide indefinite truck strike seeking lower sales tax and rising fuel bills has entered a second day.
