Nayanthara to assist director Vishnuvardhan

Far from kissing goodbye to films, Nayanatara is happy wearing a new cap. That of an unofficial assistant to Vishnuvardhan, who is better known in Andhra Pradesh as the director of Panjaa. "Nayan is learning the nuances of filmmaking by assisting Vishnuvardhan. She has been very observant and adding value to the team as an assistant director," sources say.

It is said that Vishnuvardhan was happy with the assistance provided by the actress, who had earlier worked with him in Billa. We learn that even Ajith is quite happy to see Nayan's enthusiasm.

The untitled film has Ajith, Nayan, Arya and Tapsee Pannu in lead roles. Touted as an action adventure, it is taking shape fast in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
