Srinagar: Ruling National Conference (NC) candidate Mehboob Baig was among three candidates who filed their nomination papers for Anantnag constituency in Jammu and Kashmir.
An official spokesman said besides Baig, two other candidates who filed their papers on Wednesday are Bashir Ahmad Khan as Rajia Nawjawan Shakti Party and Asif Jeelani of All India Forward Block.
Meanwhile, 10 more nomination forms were issued raising the total number of nomination papers to 26 for the constituency.
The last date of filing nomination papers for the constituency is on Thursday.
