Kanpur: Family members, including father of slain TV executive Neeraj Grover on Tuesday took out a candle light march protesting against the lower court judgment.

Hundreds gathered at the Phoolbagh field to participate in the march which was lead by Amarnath Grover, father of the deceased producer.

"The verdict pronounced by the sessions court, paving way for the accused Maria's release, is wrong and we appeal to the Maharashtra government to further take this case to higher courts," Amarnath Grover said while talking to the reporters in Kanpur.
