New Delhi: The meeting between the Maoists and Seven Party alliance on Monday decided to issue the Interim Constitution on January 15 in Nepal.

At a meeting held at Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala's residence in Baluwatar, it was also decided to hold the first meeting of the interim legislature on the same day.

Nepali Congress Leader Ram Chandra Paudel said there would not be any change in the provisions of the draft of the Constitution except the language despite suggestions from the Supreme Court judged to reconsider some clauses of the statute.

He said the eight parties have agreed to submit the final list of representatives in the interim legislature to Koirala by January 14.

The meeting also decided to finish the revival of displaced police posts and return of VDC secretaries to the villages by January 14.

The process for issuing citizenship certificates and updating voters' list is scheduled to begin by January 14.
