New Delhi: Another Karnataka minister and close confidante of former chief minister BS Yeddyurappa has found himself in trouble over land dealing even as the former chief minister is struggling to get bail.
The Karnataka Lokayukta court on Monday ordered an investigation into Industries Minister Murugesh Nirani's role in land deal.
The investigation has been ordered based on a private complaint filed by realtor Alam Pasha.

Alam Pasha in his complaint had alleged illegal denotification of land near Bangalore International Airport by Murugesh Nirani.
Meanwhile, the Lokayukta court, hearing the case against Yeddyurappa, has already extended his judicial custody till November 3.
Yeddyurappa was arrested on October 15 after a special Lokayukta court charged him in alleged irregularities in denotifying government land.
