After the RNB sensation and Akon hitting the floor with Tamil star Simbu, it seems like it's Rihanna's turn to woo the audience.
Apart from being an eloquent actor, Simbu is also an impressive singer and composer. This talent of his was first showcased for silver screen with the track 'Loosu Penne' from the Simbu-Nayan starrer 'Vallavan' and soon thereafter in 'Kadhal Valathen' from 'Manmadhan'.
Also his vocal chords have travelled miles, enhancing finesse with each song he has sung. 'Evan Di Unna Pethan' from 'Vaanam' and 'Love Panlama Vendama' from 'Podaa Podi' are some of the songs that has made sensation from a long time before the actual release. And along the same lines, his 'Love Anthem' has been creating waves for almost a year, in the making in most world languages. A teaser was released last year which still continues to be one of the most viewed videos on YouTube.
The latest that we hear on the song is that singer Rihanna is to be roped in too. A source close to the 'Love Anthem' team says that they are close to clinching the deal with Rihanna. If all goes well, then India will witness more English singers in indigenous compositions.
