New Delhi: US president elect Barack Obama is expected to deliver what's being described as a categorical message to Pakistan's President Asif Ali Zardari.

Barack Obama is expected to meet Zardari in Washington later this month. Obama's message to Zardari comes at a time when US envoys are actively engaging the leadership in both India and Pakistan.

Obama's right hand man, vice president elect Joe Biden is also scheduled to meet Zardari and Gilani, as part of a fact finding tour.

US Assistant Secretary of state Richard Boucher met top Pakistani leaders, including President Zardari and Prime Minister Gilani.

Boucher agreed there was evidence of Islamabad's links to the Mumbai attackers
