New Delhi: The last rites of 22-year-old K Sheshadri Rao, who was found murdered in Boston last week, took place on Wednesday in Bhubaneswar. Sheshadri's body arrived late on Tuesday night.
Sheshadri's family claimed that he was attacked by a gang of youngsters a week before the murder and fear the same gang was responsible for his death.
The inconsolable parents also claimed that police ignored earlier warnings and held them responsible for Sheshadri's death.
The 22-year-old, who hailed from Odisha, was reportedly shot in the leg and head on April 19.
