OPCC chief Niranjan Patnaik said, "All allotments so far should be cancelled, action should be taken against those ministers responsible irrespective of party lines.
A CNN-IBN-Cobrapost expose in November, 2011, had shown that judges and their children, along with bureaucrats and ministers had benefitted from the ministers' discretionary quota.
Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has promised action against those misusing discretionary powers.
