New Delhi: More than three decades after it was first released, Sai Paranjpe's cult classic 'Chashme Buddoor' will woo Indian audiences again on April 5, 2013, the same day its modern-day remake opens in cinemas.

Veteran actor Farooque Sheikh had acted in the original in 1981. Actors Ali Zafar, Siddharth, Divyendu Sharma and Taapsee Pannu are in the remake. In the original 'Chashme Buddoor' actors Ravi Baswani and Rakesh Bedi played the other two friends.

The film has been digitally re-mastered for the re-release. Here are the two trailers - one of the old and the other one of its remake. Pick your favourite trailer of the two.
